I have one box that suddenly stopped notifying the user and he could not retrieve his messages. Callers hear his greeting and leave a message, but we can't figure out where it is going. This is only on 1 box out of 10 on the system. I tried de-activating the VM on the user programming, then re-activating it. Any ideas?TX.

VM Pro Messages disappear 1

go to program files, ipoffice, vmpro, accounts and look at the folders and that user should only have 1 folder. Reboot the VM Pro PC and the IP Office
