VM pro IP office...monitor status change?

Not really sure how to ask this question, but is there a way to monitor a change in status? I have voicemail pro set up for a day mode and a night mode and am trying to find a way to monitor when the system is put into night mode?

The way its programed now is a variable check, if its 1 its day mode, if its 2 its night mode. I need a way to log the change of day and night modes.

i dont think it needs a reboot, just add an email address to someone who has voicemail turned on, then leave them a message

 
Ok voicemail to emai works....But i still can not get the email action to work.

where have you put the email action?

what have you set in the specific tab of the email action?

 
i have tested it in 2 spots.
the spot that i want it in is in a module. It is what i use to set day and night mode.

The flow is start point > touch tone (press 1) > email action > then set variable > then a generic(just a voice saying day mode set)

in the specific tab i have tried a couple things.
right now i have the email address to send it to > subject "here" > content "here" > and i have tried to attach a local file and also left it blank.
 
you dont need to attach a file, (unless you want to)

just set a subject and email to address

your email should be sent as soon as you have passed through that action.

i have just tested it here.

Yep, everything else works as it is suppose to.
 
Start the VMservvice local instead as a service (right click the service and choose properties)

Then try again and see what happens

No ofcourse not :)

You will see what happens in a screen like voicemail lite :)

You need to check the option for it and restart the services

Then you can see al kind of things when a call goes true voicemail

can you create a new call nflow, just start point, email action then disconnect.

create a shortcode to dial into it, then see if that will generate an email

 
did that and nothing. ?
i have no clue....
 
Use either the database integration or the VBscript functions
