Hi all

I seem to remember that you can change some manager settings using voice mail pro

the detail was on this forum but I cannot search this year only returns 07 posts

alternatively does anyone have any detail of this xml / manager thing noted in the 4.2 release notes

Go to DevConnect (

and look at the IP Office Configuration Service SDK. To quote "IP Office customers and developers can now automate changes on user and group objects through the Configuration Web Service." [and be warned that SDK mean you have to do the work building your own tool].

Meantime theres the Play Configuration Menu action and through the Generic action their are set and get options for some values.
