VM Pro feature to check multiple boxes ???

Is there a way that one assistant for an entire office can check multiple boxes with out redialing vmpro and logging into each box ? Or Is there a clever way in vmpro to build a module to check several boxes and only play the unopened messages ?

After you checking a mailbox, the user can dial **7 to begin at the log in prompt again.

Why don't you use the vm to email feature. either have an email sent right to this person for each box or use an emailsent to the bosses and then set a rule in outlook to copy to the covering person
