VM Pro DTMF issue on latest release..

Hello everyone, i have a problem with VM pro R 8.1.9102 running on a server 2008 R2.
When we dial the extension number, sporadically, it is transfer to the wrong extension and this is happening at irregular intervals in time and never with the same extension we try to reach..
I know it`s not a call flow issue.
Doesnt anyone have this problem with the same release??

do you share the first digit with a timeout and the extensions ?

I have seen it that the menu had to be adjusted when you do that or even the entire module needed to be recreated when it has gone on the fritz.

Give a tech a solution and he will be back tomorrow to ask you the next question, teach a tech how to read the manual and he will be able to solve the problems for a life time.
 
Westi, i try both way with same issue, now i Will rebuilt module to be sure if it will fix or not the problem..
 
Delete the module and save before you recreate it.
Also start simple with just the extension transfer in the menu.
