I have a VM Pro and I want to route call to an Annonce and after that the possibility to the call to dial an internal extension.

Internal extension are 1xx ( 100 to 199).

can do it with a simple Transfer ? what is Key used in destination?

Thank you

We have taken a course to learn that basic stuff, do the same.

Sorry, but he did...

That is pretty basic stuff. Asking in a tech forum is usually done to find answers if your goals are not reachable straight forward.

Check the docs and you will find an answer really fast.

Please are you able to tell me wish string to put in the destination

I agree with the other guys.

Why don't you search on Google, I just did and found the answer straight away.

try this one
literally took 3 seconds to do

All results will render the information you are looking for but a Google search is not something we want to do for people here so please respect that we are doing this free of charge and don't want to waste our time on the absolute basic stuff you can find on Google without any problems

gknight1 - Your link didn't work.

We aren't being harsh, if they have taken an IP Office course then they should know the answer. This is what I found on a Google Search for them.

4. Using a ? Wild Card in a Menu
In this exercise you learn how to add a touch tone sequence to the menu that will allow callers to dial the extension number of the user that they want to speak to.
1. Open the properties for the Menu action.
2. In the Touch Tones tab, tick 4 and select OK.
3. Add a new Menu action.
• Why put the 2?? in a separate menu: Because we already have 2 in our first menu and that will take precedence over 2?? if in the same menu.
4. Open the Properties for this new Menu action.
• Change the Token Name to Dial Extn No.
• In the Touch Tones tab, click the Add icon.
• Enter 2?? in the Sequence box and select OK twice.
5. Add a new Transfer action and open this action's Properties.
• Change the Token Name to Transfer Extn.
• In the Specific tab, click the Browse icon.
• From the System Defined Variables list, select $KEY and select OK twice.
6. Connect 4 and Dial Extn No.
7. Connect 2?? and Transfer Extns.
8. Save and make live.
9. Make a test call to the auto-attendant.
10. Dial 4.
11. Enter an extension number (other than the one from which you are calling). You should be transferred to that extension.

Even without the course Avaya have a Voicemail pro example exercises that cover this setup

If specialiste2015 is an end user then he should be getting assitance from his maintaner.
if he is installing these systems then he should at leasst have access to the documents.

helping cowboys is counter productive to my own intrests & the intrests of the end users (who shoud find a competent maintainer)

bassed on the fact that this user hass opened threads in multiple forums I believe he is trying to installand maintain these systems & needs to undertake basic training before he continues.
