VM Pro Dial by Name not working 4.2.24

Anyone have any ideas as to why Dial by name is not working at all on a 4.2.24 VM Pro System?

Yup, I've got many customers on VMP 4.2.24 with DBN directories working -- what part of it is not working for you?
 
Ok since there is not a whole lot to go on.. I am gonna guess it isn't configured correctly..

dial by name works fine, can u mention where it gives error.
 
I have found a problem but haven't bothered to report it as it was quite obscure.

Connect your DBN action to a Variable Routing action then connect that to a Transfer but name the Transfer "Transfer $KEY" and it will break. If you name the transfer anything else not using the variable name (i.e. "Tranfer KEY") it works just fine.
