VM Pro console

I have heard that there is a program that can be run on a VM Pro server to show the console on the desktop. Does anyone know where I can get this?? I am having a few issues with e-mail notification of messages and it would be a handy fault finding tool.

Install the VM pro as server not as service.

I don't trust the customer not to stop the VM accidently so want it as a service for safety.

Under the service check the 'interact with desktop'.

If you use the 'interact with desktop' option then the service logs on using the local account. We need the PC logged on as Administrator for the customers UPS setup and the service logged on as a voicemail network user for the SMTP email setup.
Our Tech Support told me he had a program which will display the console window, but I didn't recieve the email from him.

Its called IPODebugView.exe (at kleast the one I use for this purpose is) I got it from our distributor...
