Looking for the best and quickest way to perform back ups on my VM pro servers. Can I just open the active config and do a "save as" which saves it as a VMP file or do I need to export as MDB, MOD, And CON? If I do a save as how do I import the the VMP file?

Export as MDB
Copy the complete folder:

C:/Program Files/Avaya/IP Office/Voicemail Pro/VM

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

When posting here always state what version is being used.
Backing up servers may now be accomplished on a schedule of your choice via the VMP client-Administration-Preferences-General.
