Hello,
It is possible to create Wake Up funkcion (like in Hotels) only with VM Pro (withaut an trid party softvare for hotels)

Yes and no

Yes - the alarm function will do that

No - the alarm function only allows you to set an alarm for the extension your are calling from. So reception couldn't set an alarm for a customer

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Actually, I think there is a way. Have seen it done, whereby an extension calls a callflow number, enters a pin, then enters the extn number to alarm, followed by the time for the Alarm. Don't know what version it was though (4.something). Will see if I can find the details.

Again you can do this on R5 just using the "Alarm set" action , if you can wait that long :)

It's probably productized in 5.0 and easier to use.

Looks like it was introduced in a 4.1PB and may well be present in 4.2 turned on by the following registry key:

In location
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Avaya\Media Services\Directories

Add Registry Key
SetAlarmTarget

And set value to
Enabled

just tested it without any entires in the directory.
made a shortcode send it to a meny with $, send that to an alarm set action and select to chose $Key as the extension and to let caller chose the time, works like a charm but the problem is that it will only call once and doesn't require the user to press anything to validate that they got the call.
In a Motel/Hotel there will be clients that will complain that they didn't get the wakeup call and yell at the reception desk, but it works.
