We have a client with a call center that is woefully under equipped for their call volume. They are using an IP500 with a PRI trunk that has 18 lines active at their call center. This call center shares it's PBX with one service location. They have AAs set up for each location. At times during high call volume, all of the VM Channels are in use and I start getting complaints from callers that they get either a buzzing noise or a "Network Difficulties" error.
Before I have them spring money for new VM Ports (they have 4 with preferred and an additional 8 on a license), I want to make sure that I am not over-looking another issue.
