VM PRO AA THRU DIAL 1

Hi:
We have VM Pro, AA has 0-9 menu
key 1 transfer to sales hunt group
Extension numbers begin with 1XXX
how I do when I call to AA can thru dial to extension
(like Auto Attendant BCM callpilot)

You need the 1 to another menu and have a timeout. Connect that to your sales group. ( no longer than 3 sec.) and also have ??? connected to a transfer with $key.

 
As Nystech said, just set the dial 1 to your Sales group and if your extension is 1??? try to enter 1??? then on the transfer you may type/select $key on the specific tab.

But I am not sure if the extension 1??? and the press dial 1 will have a conflict to your menu.
