VM Pro 4.2.24

Incoming call route to VMPro module, to menu with press 1 for sales, to variable routing to capture CLI, then transfer to appropriate extension. I have to do this for every area code in the US. The variable routing only allows 14 entries then it is grayed out. Can you guys think of anything else I could try?
