Is it possible to not have a fast busy when VM Pro PC crashes?
The reason why I ask is that, I experienced this the other night.
The customer has auto attendant and when the PC crashed in the middle of the night, when calling in I got a busy single.
And they have PRI.

Any thoughts on how to go around this?

Thanks

Put a fallback destination inside your Incoming Call Routes that point to the voicemail... You could put a group number to make some phone rings or even 9 + an external number!

so in the incoming call route for voicemail...in the fallback destination?
Can i put the receptionist extension only?

thanks for your input!

You can put anything your little heart desires :)

if your voicemail is crashed then, in services on your computer on position where is "voicemail" you click properties and in sheet "recovery" you put "restart service" on all tasks "firsrt, second, subsequent failure" and voicemail get up and work ok .
