Hi all,
I recently did an upgrade on an IPO to Release 10.
Similarly so I did an upgrade on the Voicemail.

I can connect to voicemail through the client, and all seems to be in order.
In SSA I get as per attachment.

If I dial *17 from any extension I am getting " Voicemail not running"

Below is an snip of dbgview.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please

The phone system is not seeing the voicemail.
Did the IP address of the voicemail change ?
Network issues, firewall, anti virus

This could be a problem with user rights in the phone system.
Or a configuration error in the phone system.

What did you upgrade from? Starting at some point in 9.1, you needed to set a common password on the unsecured interface for voicemail in the 500's security settings, and in the password field of general preferences in VM Pro. Sometimes on an upgrade, you have to default security settings on the 500 in order for the password to work, even if you matched it in both places. I had to do this on an upgrade from 9.0 to 10.1 a year ago, and I know some colleagues who had to do this as well on upgrades to 10.1 or 11.0.

gntsfan8690 Thank you for the post.
