Has anyone else seen this or has the chance to test?

Version 2.1.62 IPO and 2.1.10 VM Pro upgraded to 2.1.25.
When callers are in a queue they hear the hunt group's greeting message instead of the standard queue message.
Even does this on a defaulted system.
Works ok with 2.1.10 VM Pro.
If anyone else can try this and let me know if it is the same for you because i think Avaya need to know!

Does the group have queueing ticked and have you checked for and odd programming against the group name in the VM Pro.

Are you running IP Office mode or Intuity???

Fooball is not a matter of life and death-It is far more important!!!!

Does it say it's playing or trying to play the particular .leave, .queued, or still queued message when looking at the debug (from interact with desktop when running service as local system account)?
What's the length of the hunt group name like? Is it less than 11 characters?
When you say "Default" system, you mean it does this with the hunt group 200 Main with Queueing On.
Is the call definitely queueing when watching Call Status & VMPro debug..? ie is it actually going to leave point and playing correct greeting?
Sorry bout all the q's.

It actually plays the greeting message and in call status shows it's playing the queued message ($Queued).
It does do it on an out of the box system, Main group 200 too.

If you add actions into the group queue call flow in VM Pro does it use it??

try adding a position ETA and Q position and see if it plays them.

If you are in IP Office mode, access the group mailbox and try record the Q greetings. It maybe that the default wav files are incorrect. not sure what the wav files no's are. I think there is a list in the toolkit/knowledge base.

I have had issues with IMS in IPO mode with the VM stopping and got a PB from Avaya to fix that but not come accross this.
