VM playback order (oldest first)

I am new to CM and it is a bit daunting, but I've found some great info here so thanks in advance!

Where can I change the playback order of voice mails? Right now they play the newest first, we'd like to have to oldest played first. Can this be done globally or individually?

under the users profile/conversation look for "Then by:"

for global changes going forward make the same change under the subsriber template.

Good you give me a little more detail where the user profile is? I am using CM 6.1.3.1000-16. I have found info on 4.x and 5.x but not 6.x.

Found it! Thanks for the assist, I added a bit of detail here:

Cisco Unity Connection Administration -> Users -> Users -> (choose user) -> Edit -> Playback Message Settings
