VM on VisualVoice key option

Hi lads.
I have a customer who have a problem with the showing voicemails for huntgroups on the 5610 phones.
He have programmed voicemails for 3 or 4 different hunt groups but only one or two is showing up on when he trying to get vm through VisualVoice button.

He have computer attached on to the second lan port on the back of the phone.

Any ideas why this thing doesn`t work as it should?
 
have you used HHuntgroupname?

if you leave a message in the groups does it turn his light on?
 
Yes the settings are correct, HHuntGroup is matching exactly to the name of huntgroup name.
If somebody leave a message nothing is happening.
Any way in the VisualVoice even without a message in mailbox you should see HuntGroupName(0) but this is not happening
 
Sometimes it takes a while
Did you try to reboot the system and the voicemail ?

Yep many times, the thing is some times IPO is showing correct list of mailboxes but mostly it showing only personal and one hunt group mbx
 
What software version ?

You could try upgrading
Never heard of this problem

or try deleting the key and putting it back, or deleting and reprogramming the user
 
TomMills i did that in the past but this haven`t solve the problem.
tlpeter I was thinking about the same thing(upgrade), we have few other companys which using same setup and they working fine.

This one is a small headache
 
I have seen something with the name of the group not updated and i think it was 4.1 but wich one i don't know

You can also try using H and hunt group extension instead of name. ie H200 instead of HMain.

I`ll try this, I think that will sort out the problem.
