VM not picking up on direct dial

I thought I already posted this but maybe I didn't finalize it. Anyhow, for some reason when someone calls a direct dial number VM never picks up. We can transfer calls to VM after picking them up from the main line and the sets show they have messages. All sets have access to be able to check VM. I've direct dialed every number for our office and VM never picks up - it just rings and rings.

Any ideas on what could have happened?

More importantly, can anybody tell me how to fix it?

Help would be greatly appreciated. I'm getting heat for this one.

each set need to be forwarded to the vmail ext

in programming under set, capabilities , fwd no answer
enter the vmail dn (use feature 985 to get the vmail dn)

and set how many rings before the fwd happens

fireeater - Worked like a charm. Don't know how that got changed but every extension was set to None instead of the VM dn.
