I thought I already posted this but maybe I didn't finalize it. Anyhow, for some reason when someone calls a direct dial number VM never picks up. We can transfer calls to VM after picking them up from the main line and the sets show they have messages. All sets have access to be able to check VM. I've direct dialed every number for our office and VM never picks up - it just rings and rings.
Any ideas on what could have happened?
More importantly, can anybody tell me how to fix it?
Help would be greatly appreciated. I'm getting heat for this one.
