VM not picking up if callers is on line

Can't seem to locate this problem, we have a ip office 500 running 5.0 with embedded VM. If any of the users are on the phone and we transfer a call to them, it just rings and rings. We would like for the call to go to VM if someone is on thier phone. Where would i look to fix this?

Call the person who set the system up. The voicemail box is not ticked.

Or is this Voicemail Pro, and the pc is not connected????

I set the system up and have all the voice mail box's ticked, i just left the site and it is all working now. Had to reboot the phone system and it started working. Thanks for the reply Telecomtek
 
then it is embedded voicemail and the card was not recognized anymore.
Upgrade it to 5.0.20 and see if it keeps working then.
