When customer calls in they can only leave a message at 1 phone. I need the message left at ext221 however it is going to ext231. How can I change this???
This sounds like a BCM issue that rears it's ugly head when you have receptionists answering phones for people. Raise the number of rings before forwarding to voicemail on the attendants phone to six and the rest in the office to four and then they'll go to their own voicemail boxes. If you have both set to four the caller will get the lowest extension number, in your case 221. If this isn't a BCM then disregard.
