VM getting cut off after being transferred to another VM

I’m having trouble with the vm getting cut off after a few seconds of listening to it after it has been transferred. Doesn’t matter if we listen to the whole message or just part. Upgraded the ip office 500v2 from 9.0.10.x to a 9.0.12.1006 still having the same issue! Any know fixes for this?

If it's embedded voicemail I had the same issue last year. How did you upgrade? with manager? I suggest you save the congig and the wav file on your pc. Wipe the card and the cabinet with the reset button. Recreate de SD card. Do a send config offline and put back your wav file. It should fix.

Note that wav file are in c11 format in embedded voicemail.

IT is embedded vm visual voice off. I’ll give that a shot. I upgraded through manger

formatting and recreating the sd card is always better when you want to fix an issue.
