Had to perform a level 2 reset on a BCM50 R.2 everything come back up ok but I can only get into the CP Manager via the web page it says the VM DN is 395 but when I try to use the teleset ad perform an F981, F982, F985 or F983 the display just goes right back to the time and date. If this were a NAM or MCIS with a CP I would check the F**xftest to see if the feature code needs had changed. Is this possible that that is what happened or the feature code is disabled?

This unit does not have any keycodes yet I was going to populate it and put it in service but the VM did not come up. I was told that even on a BCM that does not have any keycodes I should still be able to activate F981 and F983. Is this true or must I have at least some of the keycodes in place? I am able to log into the web page ad I did get the Quick Install page for Call Pilot. I am seeing the VMBs 101 and 102.

I am not sure what a Config or INI is can you please explain? Thank you

Agree you should have auto attendant and 2 system mailboxes as standard.

The only thing is you need a key code to activate the phones otherwise they will come back with no key code when you lift the handset.
Maybe the phone won't allow access until you apply the digital sets key code.

Load your key codes and see what happens
