When I call another user and their voicemail activates it is going to my voicemail.
This is happening for all of our users when they get the VM it bounces back to the caller's VM.
Well that's weird. I just tried to get a trace for you and the voicemail started working.
We have vmailpro an I rebooted both our control units. This did not seem to resolve the issue. So I stopped and restarted the vmailpro service under Microsoft services.msc. This also did not seem to resolve the problem.
Then when I went to make a call to get a trace report it suddenly started working.
