I am going to try and explain this as much as I can

Info on Sheet 1:
Columns A thru D has style number
Column J has store number
Column W is for the quantity

Info on Sheet 2:
Column A has store number
Column B has style number
Column C has quantity

I need to grab Sheet 1 columns A thru D and J and find it within Sheet 2 columns A & B. If found, populate Sheet 1 column W with the quantity in Sheet 2 column C.

Is this possible?

Hi,

Please clarify.

Columns A-D have style numbers, yet there is ONE quantity to put into column W, while there could be multiple quantitues on sheet 2 corresponding to the many styles for that store.

Exactly WHAT do you want in column W?

Maybe some sample data would help, showing what result you want.

If I understand what you asking yes its possible to use the following vlookup formula.

=VLOOKUP(C2,Customers,2,FALSE)

Where in this example Customers is a named range in a second worksheet called Accounts that you want to use to populate the first worksheet from.

The link below has a good step by step.
