On IPO500 visual voice mail (intuity mode) there is an softkey option labeled "Greeting". What greeting does this record and where is it used? It seems to be a different greeting than the ones used by the system. Also, is there a way to record the user name using visual voice mail. It's pretty confusing that there are three different voice mail access points--all with different functionality:
*17 (or VMCollect): can set name, greetings, but not change email options
Visual voice: cannot set name or greetings, can change email options
Phone manager: can manage greetings (but not record), cannot set name, cannot manage email options, cannot forward a message
Am I missing something or is voicemail options and access just totally fubared? It's so hard to explain to users what access they need to do what.
