Is there a way to set a time out on visual voice mail so that if a user forgets to exit out of the visual voice mail the phone automatically goes back to the main screen so they done miss calls?
how many rings when it's not on visual voice screen? In Manager, user, telephony, what is the no answer time set to? 5 seconds per ring, 15 is default. Does this happen on all phones or just one? Is this a hunt group call?
