I upgraded a customer IPO from 8.1 to the latest SP10. Now, whenever they press the Message button to access the Visual Voice options, they're getting an error message on the screen that reads "Visual Voicemail limit reached" ? I've also upgraded the VMPro to SP10.
This will limit the user to see the softkeys options (next, previous, delete. save ... more) this replaced by instruction by avaya recorded system.
why this occur and how I resolve this becuase before this upgrade this issues not occurs ??
