I have a customer of which every person just loves the Visual Voicemail, and they want to be able to press the hard button to access the visual voice. I've thought in my head how I could somehow make ?17=visual voice, but cant see how this can be done. Is there some way to make it work?

Tick the "Visual Voice" option in the System>Voicemail page

I can't remeber when they introduced that, was it 4.2?

In the Manager tick "Messages Button Goes to Visual Voice"
Then the Mailbox button on the 5410/5420/5421/16xx will turn into "visual voice" button all other phone types create a button "visual voice" a shortcode is not possible.

Greetzzz...Bas

There is some kind of help in the manager, pressing F1 brings it on your screen. There is always a "what is new".
We call F1 the rtfm key.
