Visual Voice to Mailboxes are ringing back to reception

I have a customer with Embedded voicemail on a Rls 8.0. The receptionist answers the call, then using the visual voice button, transfers callers to a mailbox. A few minutes later (even as late as half an hour later) that mailbox will ring back to her call appearance and when she answers she hears the mailbox greeting.
IP Office Mode for voicemail.

what gives?

What version 8.0 are you using?
I have seen this but i think this was on 8.0.16 or 8.0.18
I did not see this on the later 8.0 versions.

When I look into Control Unit it just says 8.0 (44) whatever that means.

It means call an Avaya Business Partner

Indeed, it sounds like a bug.
Can you make a trace of it?
