Visual Voice giving more than one password?

I have VM Pro setup for a customer. When they log into Voice Mail using Visual voice and choose password, it gives them the option for multiple passwords. Can someone explain this to me?

Normally i would say upgrade but 7.0 is a strange release with strange issues :)
Upgrade the ipo to 7.0.12 and the VMPro to 7.0.23
Or only upgrade the VMPro if you like.
