I have a customer we just upgraded from R10.1 to 11.1. Server Edition with 3 IP500v2 Expansions.
Regarding Visual Voice the 2 expansion at the main facility with the SE are working fine, but the users at the remote IP500 lost their call button within the visual voice menu to callback someone that has left a message. It doesn't matter if it's an internal or external call and is happening with all users. The only difference between the IP500s (other than proximity) is the remote site uses POTs lines for outbound calls where the local site uses PRIs.
