Hi,

I used Visual Studio .NET 2003 in programming Visual Basic .NET. I have one copy installed in office and another
copy installed on my notebok. However, I found that some
shortcut keys (not sure all shortcut key/function keys
are totally different) for the two programs are different.
For example, for the "debug step over" key, it is "Shift-F8"
and another is "F10". Is the VS.NET be customized
according to a user's need?

Thanks for your kind attention,
Raymond

Yes, you can change the keyboard assignments. Look in the Options dialog.

The Shift-F8 is for a traditional VB6 key mapping. The F10 is the more modern VS.NET key mapping.

Here's one for ya Chip!

What about Shift-F2 and Control-Shift-F2??

You can right click on an object and "Go to Definition" (same thing as Shift-F2 in VB6) but how to you jump back? And is there a keyboard shortcut?

If anyone knows, it's worth a star!

Under VB6, it's Ctrl-Shift-F2. Don't know in VS.NET.
