Visual Ringing lamp with M7100

Hi
My company like to place a visual indication and cut off the speaker in some special rooms with M7100 phone sets.
Please give your suggestions.

the 7100 set has a jack on it for external ringer interface. (try finding out what the interface is though) I think it was a relay that you can use to light an external lamp.
