Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone knows if the file size limitation has gotten any bigger with Visual FoxPro 8.0. If I am correct, the file size for VFP 6.0(which pathetically enough I am still using) is just above 2.5 gig. I am getting VFP 8.0 within the next week, so I would like to know. I am going to be crunching over 9 million records which will easily hit around the 3.0 gig mark. So if anyone knows the answer to my question, I would really appreciate it. I know usually numbers like this are done on main frames, but hey what can I do. The only option I can see is just to split the file up into smaller chunks, which may and may not work for what I will be doing.
Thx in advance,
Rene
