hello,
I have a few questions aobut visual c++. I know visual studio.net has not gone rtm yet, im just wondering if anybody knows if you can program c++ in it, or just c# and vb? Is there going to be a visual c++ 7? its at 6 right now, right? One more thing, what version should i get, standard, pro, etc.... I am writing opengl games, and maybe a few app's.

Yes, there's C++ in VS.Net. And I use it already in preference to VC++ 6 since there's lots of bugs fixed, especially in the area of STL and templates, and the IDE is muuuuch better... :) Hope that this helped! ;-)

Please say they still have the Intellisense in the IDE editor. Mike L.G.
