Visual Basics Editor

Does anyone know of a good visual basics editor (NOT C++ VB)? If not, can someone direct me to a good C++ Windows Application tutorial? I've been to some, but the scripts generated errors (either because they were in C or because they were console/console application).

Well, I don't know Spanish. So luck won't really help. How about a Visual Basics editor program?

Its not so difficult to look for a manual within that web page..... you just try to go to the programs section and once in, look for the manuals you want.
