Visual Basic runtime error

I created a small VB runtime in Vb6 and placed the EXE on a machine, no installation package. THis machine already had VB enterprise installed. I was able the run the execuatble fine. About one month ago I started having a problem; when I ran the exe I got "type mismatch error 13". I can open the VB development environment and run the program from the source code no problem. What is missing?

Make shure that with the compilation it's compiled to natice code(not P-Code) and that all things under andvanced compilation options are unchecked.
