Hi Guys,

I have a Vista test machine which is connected to our Windows 2003 Domain.

Vista has a number of new GPO's which I would like to apply, however I want to be able to manage these from a server instead of locally.

I know that Vista uses ADMX instead of ADM files, but is there a way to 'update' my Windows 2003 DC so I can apply Vista GPO's?

Cheers,

Steve.

Thanks for the post.

I've done some digging, but I still can't find the answer that I am looking for.

Basically, if I deploy Vista across say 20 workstations in a Windows 2003 Domain, how can I control the Vista group polcies? E.G. I want to set a GPO across my domain that states if you are running Vista that UAC is forced on.

Is this possible? Because in a development house I won't be deploying Vista if developers can turn off the additional security benefits that it brings!

Cheers,

Steve.
