vista bcm problem

Hey guys hope you can help with this issue.. I have Vista Ultimate running on my laptop and I can use BCM50 element manager and procomm no problem. However when i login into a bcm 200/400 I can browse everywhere except into Telephony. When i click that it doesnt open the sub menus ie Active Set etc.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem with all BCM versions below 4.0.
I'm using a Virtual PC instance with windows XP to access BCM 3.6/3.7.

When trying to register an H323 endpoint on a NRS I am getting this error..

Any ideas on how to fix it? I am using a BCM50 as the endpoint.

Did you ever have resolution to the NRS RAS failure problem? I am having the same issue with a BCM 400 registering to a CSE 4.5 gatekeeper.

I believe this problem is related to the newest version of JAVA. If you have the latest version you will need to uninstall it. I ran into the same problem yesterday and once uninstalled i was able to access the Telephony section of the element manger.
