Does anyone kno where I can get one of the above?

I've never used an adm file for Visio - just install in change user /install mode and you should be OK.

Hello- I made one up in the end. Its to change the default paths for templates, etc to the users home drive. I'd rather use Group Policies then logon scripts.
Also IM is great. Just publish the msi file and send to the servers.
