Visio 2003 Org Chart Sizing problem

I have created an orginization chart in Visio 2003.
I have about 100 positions listed on the chart. Some of the boxes have different sizes. How can I select all of the boxes at once and change them to be the same size?

If you are using Org Chart shapes, the Organizational Chart option should be available in the menu area. Slect options from the Org Chart drop down menu. Change the shapde display heigth and width options. This will change the entire org chart. You can also select different styles from this menu.
