I upgrade from Visio 2000 to Visio 2002, now i cannot print to Hp 8500. I am runing windows 2000 pro

Did you ever find a resolution?? I'm having the same issue.

I'm not sure what problems you're having, but it may help to use the PS driver, and make sure "Download as Softfonts" is enabled in the "Advanced" print properties menu.
