Virus scan for information store

I have a stubborn worm that is sending errant e-mails within and outside our LAN. Using NAV Corp edition, how can I scan the information store? If setup a custom scan, but it is not finding the virus. I'm thinking the virus(es) is in a compressed file. Any suggestions?

Hi, the NAV corporate edition is for scanning files only but not IS, you need to install NAV for Exchange 2.5, this will scan the mailboxes and remove any infections.
