Hi all,

We are experiencing quite an odd problem at the moment.

We have a Realtime scan activated on our servers and clients which is set to clean as the first action and quarantine as the second....

We are noticing an increasing number of instances where the infected file is actually left alone...

Why is this, and is there a way to get around it as it is causing me a huge headache!

Thanks,

Carl

Are these viruses that passed through? If so, you need to talk to Symantec's Tech Support. You should be able to contact them via the web site (i.e. support phone #), as long as you have a valid support license with them.

I believe I am having a similiar problem. When I view the virus history for a client PC, it will show that viuses were just left alone even though the actions are set to be clean/quarintine. Was this issue ever resolved? I'm using NAV 7.6CE.
