I have multiple BCM's (400 & 450) setup so the first 3 virtual park spaces are appearances on all the phones (801, 802, 803). My client has introduced an analog extension in the mix and I have learned that a call parked from an analog extension starts at 825 and works it's way down. My dilemma is that I do not want to add another appearance of park spaces on the phones. Can I limit the virtual park spaces to just 3 so that when the analog parks the call it will park it on 803?

Is it possible to make these SWCA appearances and then pick it up from an analog phone?

I always programmed it with SWCA keys on 7316 or 7324 but as per docs;

Telephones do not need to have SWCA buttons defined to retrieve or park SWCA calls. The
feature codes can be entered directly onto the handset to retrieve call parked.
FEATURE *520 searches for the next available SWCA code.
FEATURE *537 retrieves the oldest SWCA call.
FEATURE *538 retrieves the most recent SWCA call.

Give it a try and let us know the results.

I have been unable to pick them up, or place them, in the SWCA range using an analog phone. Unless someone knows a way to enter the "Feature" key on an analog phone. Flash *520, does not work.

You should try with "flash **520" where flash * is the feature button and *520 is the actual feature code.
Let us know the result.

That works! I will now try it with a cordless analog phone, although I will assume since it works on a standard analog phone the cordless should act the same way.

Thank You
