I'm trying to set up Virtual Office and phantoms on an Opt 81C.. They work fine as I2004 sets, but when I program them as phantom 500s - I must be missing some stuff because I'm getting "Invalid ID (2)" Message when I try logging the phantom in... Your help is appreciated!!!!

Here's the programming:

In the features for phantom 500 I don't see any options for virtual office. I'm assuming you cannot use virtual office with phantom phones probably because of the type of TN phantoms use...but I could be wrong.

I may be wrong but I dont believe virtual office is available for 500 sets.

I don't see anything in the NTP's for 500's and virtual office.
even printing info section in NTP doesnt show any reference:
REQ: PRT Print data block for the requested terminal types).
LTN List Terminal Numbers of the requested terminal type(s).

TYPE: xxxxx Enter appropriate telephone model where xxxxx:
3903V = M3903 Virtual Terminal.
3904V = M3904 Virtual Terminal.
3903H = M3903 Host Terminal.
3904H = M3904 Host Terminal.
TNB Note 1: The only telephone types of the M3900 Series that can be
configured as a Virtual or Host Terminal are the M3903 and M3904.
Note 2: The Print TNB and List TNB requests always show the
logged-off TNB data.I n logged-in state, an indication of the
logged-in TN (“HOST TN” or “VIRTUAL TN”) is added.
