Bit of a newbie to NEC and using NOC.

I am trying to find out which phones have a key presentation of a virtual number (multicall key) I am able to add and remove them using the station assignment in Matworks but I need to discover which other phones the number is presented on.

Any help would be very gratefully received :)

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to get that information. You would have to go into each phone and look up the key data assignments.
You could just call the virtual and see which phones it is ringing on (or appearing) by walking around while it is ringing. Cancel any call forwarding first so it will keep ringing and not roll to a VM.

You can do a data listup and then open the CSV file in excel and do a sort based on the data you are looking for!

It's not actually that hard! Depending on system type!

It's been a while since I did one of those list ups. Once you get it in csv or excel you can do a "find" for the number in question.

Do you have Matworx? If so it is an option in the same dropdown as Moc! Switch to command list view and select 90

I think everyone assumed NOC was a misspell of MOC rather than a misspell of MAT, Especially as MatworX is for the mid range systems and not the large systems! You could however be right though so thanks anyway!

Thank you...I saw the NOC after I replied to the post.... lol

and MATWORX should have given me a clue. lol
