virtual gateway announcements board not inserted

Hi,

I have a problem with a virtual announcements board on one of my G700.
On my media gateway, i have set the slot V9 to gateway-announcements.
It's asked me to enable it. But when i do an enable announcement-board 007v9, the system answers me "Board not inserted".

I'm not a dummie in pbx avaya system administration and i'm frustrated to not find any solution by myself.

Check that the media gateway is registered with the processor.

also why 007v9 have you got 7 g700's?

Yes, the g700 is registered with the main server
We have 10 G700...

You could try doing a save trans and reset sys 4.

i've already did a save translation and the reset system 4 has already been performed...
